With a range of cutting-edge treatments and programs designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing, The Recovery Room provides a wonderful opportunity to reconsider your self-care routine.

Recovery Room Seaspray offers a variety of innovative treatments and programs, including ice baths, hot spa baths, infrared sauna’s, pneumatic compression & percussion therapy, and so much more. These variety of treatments are designed to promote relaxation, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and enhance overall wellness, while providing a space for some much needed mental R & R.

Recovery Room Seaspray is open Monday to Friday 5am – 7pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm and Sundays by appointment at the newly rebranded Seaspray Health and Fitness Centre.

With plenty of sporting events on Central Queensland’s calendar such as the Yeppoon Running Festival, Queensland Touch Football Junior State Cup and the Swim Around Keppel, Recovery Room Seaspray is the hub for all athletes and alike to take time and allow their mind & body's to relax, recovery & recharge.
